
Week One Run TWO! 5 minute warm up, Run 60 sec, walk 90.
A couple of things:
#1- I worked out 3 days in a row this week!
#2- I got up at 6 two days so far to work out!
#3-The scale at the gym is broken and said I weighed 112. Oh, to dream.
